Stop right there. Take it to a camera shop. If you're calling a viewfinder an eyepiece, you shouldn't be trying to disassemble any part of a camera.
Your eyepiece is what is known as a view finder. Opening the inside of your camera is very risky. Any person, including me, would suggest you go to a camera repair shop I have it fixed.
Unless you have installed a corrective eyepiece for severe cases of near or farsightedness, the one that's in the camera can't be removed. It's part of an integral unit called the viewfinder and to access it, you will have to dismantle the whole camera.
If you can see dirt in the eyepiece, it may be located on the reflex mirror (the one you see when you take out the lens) or the focus screen (located just above the reflex mirror). Do not attempt to clean both by yourself. They are very sensitive to oils (especially the tiny amounts that squirt out of the skin of your fingertips). Bring the camera to an authorized Nikon service center for cleaning. If the dirt is really inside the viewfinder the more reason you have to bring it to the service center.
