How to remove nikon d5000 camera strap?

If you can remember back to when you put it on, simply do the opposite (if you were the one to put it on, of course).
It's pretty easy to remove the neck strap, but hard to explain the procedure. My suggestion is to just fiddle with the strap, loosen it up, and undo it.
If there are any pictures in your user manual that pertain to it, use that as a reference.

With a pair of pointed scissors or a sharp cutter.
