What are the eyepiece and objective lens sizes for a nikon prostaff 3-9x40?

I'm going to get butler creek flip up scope caps for it. I need to know either the outside measurements in inches or milimeters.

11 EYE, 29 OBJ are the sizes you need, or at least pretty close.

The 40 refers to the size in millimeters of the obective lens.

A quick search for "nikon prostaff 3-9x40 specifications" http://www.nikonusa.com/...e-BDC.html, Shows Objective Outside Diameter is 47.3mm and Eyepiece Outside Diameter is 39.3mm
