How to get rid of green text on my nikon viewfinder?
I've been trying to get rid of the green text on my Nikon d40x I'm a beginner photographer so I would appreciate it if any of you guys could help thanks
Have you checked your owner's manual? That's the place for such details.
Are you talking about the viewfinder display that shows what the shutter speed, lens aperture, ISO, number of remaining photos on your memory card, the lightmeter and other essential information?
If so, you need to learn how to use that information when taking photographs. Look on page 6 of your user manual to see what you need
One of the first things a new photographer has to learn is how to balance ISO, shutter speed and lens aperture using the lightmeter in the cameras viewfinder.
You can't and don't want to remove the information. That information is there to tell you about the camera settings. If you remove that information, you'll be flying blind. Once you start understanding about exposure, you'll appreciate seeing the information.
