When video recording with the Nikon D7000, how do you get rid of motion blur?

Added (1). But I've seen youtube films *** with D7000 that look professional and have no motion blur… How is that?

That is up to the user.

DP's use many different techniques.

One is to use a tripod with fluid head
Another is to mount the camera on a "Steadicam" mount

I'm sure you know that video is shot at either 24 fps (cine) or 30 fps (NCSC video)

The shutter speeds at those frame rates are too slow to avoid blur caused by fast pans or subject movement. Usually this blur helps the viewers eye see the individual frames seamlessly.

It is only if you attempt to view an individual frame will you see motion blur

This NOT unique to the Nikon D7000. All cameras that shoot video will show the same "blur" under the same shooting conditions
