How to connect Nikon D90 to Flash JTL 160j?

I have a Nikon D90 camera, recently i've bought a flash lamp, its a JTL 160 j.
but i can't attach flash lamps wires to camera! The ports are not match and fit…
what should i do to use my new flash lamp?

My guess is you bought before doing much research.
The D90 uses a standard ISO hot shoe. When shooting with studio flash units, most photographers use something like a Pocket Wizard or similar triggering device
You will either have to buy a hot shoe to PC connector or something like a Pocket Wizard set.
NOTE: The only "JTL" lighting gear I have found (other than a replacement flash tube) are all fluorescent lamped studio lighting systems)
Do you have a link to your exact lighting system?

Get one of these http://www.bhphotovideo.com/...apter.html and slide it in your hot shoe. Now the PC sync cable you have will have something to connect to, and your flash will work.
You could use the pop-up flash in manual mode and lowest power setting to trip the optical slave on your flash until the adapter shows up.
