Can I connect Mac and Nikon D90 so Nikon films and saves the file directly on my Mac?

Well since this is a digital camera it doesn't do "films"… It records / shoots video.
Most probably not. This is called tethering and there's only a few cameras capable of it. However, just to be sure, read your owner's manual. Look for the word tethering. If it's there the book will tell you how to set it up.It'll require you to install your original Nikon software.
