How to choose a better camera?

Well am sorry for posting something that's not related to this forum. I'm planning to buy a camera-a high end digital camera or a low end DSLR. My budget is 22k-23k. The products I have reviewed are Sony Cybershot DSC-HX90v, HX 100v, HX 200V, Canon EOS1100D, Nikon D3100. I'm not even sure whether Sony Cybershot HX 100v & HX 200V are DSLR cameras or just point and shoot ones. Can any one suggest me which one should I go for?

When in doubt try Consumer Reports they are unbiased

Here is how the sensors of the Nikon 3100 and Canon 1100D compare

You may want to look at the Nikon D3200 while you are at it.

DSLR stands for DIGITAL slr, so no matter what you buy, it will be digital.
If you are talking thousands of dollars (is that what you mean by 22k to 23k?), then you can always hire a personal shopper.
How is this an unrelated forum? This is the photography forum.
the cybershots are point and shoot cameras. If you want a sony SLR, then you will need to look at their A-series cameras.
You (or your personal shopper) will need to decide for yourself what camera you want. It depends on the features you like (do your homework and check out the specifications on the manufacturer websites).
