How much would you pay?

How much would you pay for a 2nd hand Nikon D40 with battery charger, 18-55mm, 55-200mm and a 35mm DX 1.8G lens? It also has a uv filter, polariser filter and a lowepro shoulder bag. It was my first dslr and the sentimental value has worn off. Only cash value matters now.

You should check eBay or craigslist, find out what people ARE paying for this camera. You could also check out major retail outlets like B&H Photo.

I would pay about £650

I would piece it out, i wouldnt pay one penny towards a D40 over a D5100 for the same factory price. So good luck with getting an offer for the body

but those lenses you could probably get $200 together, probably closer to $300 if you sell them separately.

No more than $50 to $100 for the camera and accessories. And no more $40 each for the lenses.
