How much would a used D3100 and a used AF Zoom-Nikkor 70-300mm f/4-5.6G (4.3x) be worth?

I'm planning to sell my camera and the lens and I just wanted an estimate at what it would be worth. The camera has taken about little over a thousand pictures and i bought the lens 8 years ago. Here is the link to the lens: http://imaging.nikon.com/...mmf_4-56g/
Added (1). So how much would you think i would be able to get from my camera and the lens if i were to sell it?

The AF 70-300 mm lens you have is better than the one that was sold for $175 years later.
Like other AF lenses, it has to be manually focused on your fine D3100 entry level dSLR
You can figure about 35% to 45% of what you paid for it.
