How much would a nikon d40 camera cost?

I have a nikon d40 i've only had it for a few years i'm trying to sell it but i'm not sure how much to sell it for. I have another lens for it i paid about 450 for it and the lens was around 200 i believe. How much should i sell it for.

I can't give you a number, but you could go to this site (http://www.gazelle.com/recycle-and-sell-camera-lenses?_gzl=1 They buy used camera equipment and they'll give you a quote on what your stuff is worth. You can just look up the model/make of your camera and lens and it should give you a rough idea - either to sell to them, or to sell somewhere else.

If unuesd probly like $500 but used more like $230 and with lens probaly $300 but thats an estment

Depends a lot on the other lens. D40 with a reasonable shutter count, 18-55 and in good condition should be able to bring in about 225-250.
