How to attach my wide angle lens to my Nikon D60?

Tyna

I recently received a Neewer.45x super wide angle lens for my birthday and own a Nikon D60 with an 18-55mm lens, and a 55-200mm lens, and can't figure out how to attach the wide angle to any of my other ones. The plastic piece on the end comes off, and the middle unscrews, but there's nothing else I can figure out to do.

PWNED!

Looks like it screws onto the filter ring.ugh.

Sorry to tell you, but what you have is NOT a wide angle lens. That would be a lens like the Nikkor 10-24 mm which would interchange with your 18-55 mm lens.

What you have is a very cheap, poor quality add-on lens that screws onto the front of your lens, using the 52 mm filter threads. If for some reason you did not get one that is designed to fit a 52 mm thread, you will have to return it for one that does.

Since the real wide angle zoom costs just under $900, you should be able to figure out what kind of quality you can expect from a $40 add-on lens
