Hakuba t-3500 tripod?

I have recently found and bought a hakuba t-3500 tripod for 5 dollars at a goodwill, now I'm missing the quick release plate so I was wondering if anyone knows of a safe website where I can one for free.
Also I was wondering what camera's work with the tripod, I have a nikon d3100 and a canon rebel t31, will both of my camera's work with the tripod?
Thank you for any help.
Added (1). Cheap* not free lol sorry

Either would work (not very well) with the tripod if you had a compatible quick release plate. Which you don't and probably never will. $5 is not a bad price for a tripod whose purpose is to be thrown in the trash. Many people spend dozens more dollars buying tripods that will join it at the landfill.
Buy a decent quality Slik or Manfotto tripod instead of wasting more money on junk.

This is a very inexpensive tripod, and you may not wish to put an expensive camera on such a wobbly tripod. But I think I found a source for a replacement plate.

According to the website, you need a QB-6E, which at $15, is three times more expensive than the tripod cost you.
