I'm planning to purchase Nikon D7000. As i have to purchase a memory card for it, My preference is 32 GB or 64 GB as i will also use Nikon D7000 for Video record(in 1080p too).

So please suggest me one for that. Suggestions are also welcomed on my view(memory card capacity to increase or decrease) or for selection.
Also suggest me a good tripod for Nikon D7000 as i will use it for both video recording and photography under $200.

Please, please mention the models too (both memory card and Tripod )

Added (1). How a memory(SDHC or SDXC) Card(class) to select(also effects) for oneself in my case for Nikon D7000

Memory cards are NOT long term storage devices. They are designed to be used for temporary storage of the images you shoot during a day or two. Then after the images on them have been safely copied to the hard drive, are to be formatted using the format feature on your camera

Using too large a memory card will make you lazy and you will stop copying your image files to your at the end of each day. It is far better to have a handful of 4 gb cards, formatted and ready to use, than one huge one that can and probably will become corrupted.

If you are planning on using the video feature, you will want two Class 10 SD cards. The problem with video produced on digital still cameras they are restricted to 2 gb video files, so no matter how large your memory card, you can only fill it, 2 gb at a time.

When shooting still images, you will only need Class 2 cards, so you can save quite a bit of money.

Look for a tripod that can hold at least 8Kg. Some day you will be using large lenses attached to your camera and may need to hang a 2.5 Kg sand bag from its center post to add stability to it

You can put 2 cards in that camera. I'd get 2 32gb cards. That will cover you for a ton of footage. Make sure you get at least on extra battery if not 2. Get the fastest cards you can get.

There's not a single tripod I would recommend in your price range with a fluid head. Unfortunately good tripods are expensive. Look at Samys camera for tripods, they have avery good selection. I suggest you rent a good tripod when you go to shoot something important.

That's a great camera for footage, I use mine all the time.

I have a D7000 and have used Transcend and Sandisk Class 10 cards on the D7000 without problems. Patriot LX series cards are incompatible with the D7000, so avoid those at all cost.

Also I have heard good things about the following Class 10 cards on the D7000:
Adata
Lexar
Panasonic

For tripod, look at the Manfrotto 190XB with the pan-tilt head. Very solid tripod. You can also get the same tripod with a proper video head, but that costs a little more.

Go with the Sandisk Extreme Pro Class 10 UHS-1 95MB/s series of memory card, size, I'd rather go for smaller and more cards, unless you need to record a lot.

Tripod, the Manfrotto 190XPRO is a good seto of legs for that camera, if you're planning for the future then the 055XPRO fitted with a fluid head will be a better place to start with.

For a tripod I have an old version of this tripod:

and an optional add-ons:

and for portrait photography:

It works great for still and video when you have all three but you can get by with just the tripod and head for about $200.

As far as memory cards go I would buy class 10 minimum and 8GB minimum.
