From the following, which camera can you do a time lapse?

Nikon D3000
Nikon D3100
Canon 1000D
Canon 1100D
Even if they don't have a built in timer, for which of them can i get a intervalometer or something. I want to click time lapses.

I know the d3000/3100's do not have interval timers, however you can but you can look at these.

I have a d7000 which has a built in interval timer, but even so I use an external one because it is easier to use and is more practical.
Remember that you may need a power source or fully charged batteries before doing any long intervals
