Does this lens work with a Nikon D3000?

And what Miyuki forgot to mention, it's sigma HSM so it will autofocus on your D3000.

That particular lens you linked to was designed to mount ONLY to a Sigma dSLR.

You will want to research and see if Sigma offers the same lens with a Nikon AF mount that is compatible with the D3000.
