Concert Photos with a Nikon D3100?

Hi, I'm an armature photographer and in a couple weeks I'm going to a concert. This line-up NEVER comes to my city and I'm determined to get the best pictures I possibly can of the concert. I'm using a Nikon D3100 and I have both the original lens and a zoom lens (55-200mm) to assist. However, I need some advice on how I can get the best photos without flash and with me sitting behind the lighting and sound booth (which is two sections from the stage). Any advice would really help me out.

Most bands/venues will NOT allow a DSLR camera in without having a media pass (and most media passes are only good for the first three songs of a particular band).

Should you be able to get the camera in, then you will need to use a high ISO along with the widest aperture to have a high enough shutter speed to minimize the blur. The two problems you have are: 1) the higher the ISO, the more noise that is introduced to the image and 2) You will be using the far end of the lens (200mm) and that is a f/5.6 which is not good for limited lighting (a f/2.8 or better would be preferred).
