Which kind of camera takes better quality concert photos?

The Canon EOS Rebel T3i or the Canon EOS Rebel T2i? I want better quality pictures than what my Nikon P90 takes for concerts, portrait photos, or videos. I also don't want to spend so much, but get the most out of my money.

Without them, you will not be allowed to bring your dSLR into the concert

As you can see, the D3200 is the best of those dSLR cameras for shooting in low light

Either will do.

The problem is that any camera capable of producing decent results in such situations, is effectively banned from them by the organisers.
