Can you use a Nikon 85mm f/1.8D AF Nikkor on a Nikon D60?

I know it says not AF compatible but is there anything you can buy or do to make it compatible. I really want this lens but I don't want to buy a new camera to get it:/

You can use the lens with your camera - you just can't autofocus with it. I'm assuming you are buying the lens for portraiture. If so, you can always manually focus the lens, as anything but action/sports will give you the time to compose and focus the lens.

Then if you ever buy an advanced Nikon camera with an in-camera focus motor, you will be able to autofocus it.
