Can't shoot continuous mode on my nikon d7000?

I set my nikon d7000 to cl or ch mode but it will not shoot continuous, why? It was working till a couple of days ago. My camera is 2 weeks old. Is it broken or do i need to change something in the menu?

Could be a very low battery or just having your focus on the wrong mode.
For best results just call up nikon or use there online contact form, they usually reply within 24hours

Read the manual or buy a different camera.

Try the trouble-shooting section in your manual. Is your shutter speed too slow? What are your autofocus settings? Battery life?

Check Custom Settings Menu d6 CL Mode Shooting Speed d7 Max. Continuous Release
