Nikon D7000 - How to Set Continuous Frame Mode?

Fallen Angel
Fallen Angel

I received as a gift the D7000 (a big jump for me) I know it will shoot at continuous frames (up to 6 per second) but for the life of me (I'm a hands on person not a manual reader) can't figure out how to set it to do this. I can only shoot one frame at a time and it is very slow.

Any help would really be appreciated, I was at a dance contest today and would loved to have had it working.still figuring things out on it.

Under the 'Mode Dial', there's a ring-like thing that looks like 'S CL CH… '

Press the release button on the left, and move that little ring to the 'CH' for Continuous High.

You then just have to press and hold down the shutter button, and you will get the 6FPS.
