Camera body and lenses

Okay so I'm interested in buying the Nikon d90 from ebay, but the one in my price range is the body only one. Now I know that means the lens doesn't come with it, but I want to get these lenses anyway = Nikkor 18 - 55 mm and Tamron 10 - 24 mm for it. So would it be better to buy the body only and then buy the lenses I want and attach them myself, or buy the camera with a lens first and get the lenses afterwards. I'm new to all of this, never used different lenses before so please be kind.

The D90 is a 2008 model that has been replaced by the D7000 - and the D7000 is due for replacement this summer. For now, just get a D5100 w/ an 18-55 - buying lenses just for the h3ll of it is a terrible idea.
