Choose Nikon - adapters & third party lenses is an awful idea - you'll also lose functionality such as metering & autofocus.
Or choose Canon & stick with their lenses.

If you have Nikon lenses, just buy Nikon cameras.
Why would you want to switch camera systems at this point?

Nikon lenses go on Nikon cameras. That's the way it is unless you're a masochist.
