So everyone. But let me tell you one thing. Both are same. And both are different.

Image quality is exactly same. But i just read somewhere that D3200 don't have WB and Exposure Bracketing while D5100 has it. People are saying D5100 is better than D3200 but no one has given the clear and exact answer to it that why D5100 is better than D3200. Because of image quality? Naah…

At testing point, it has proven than the image quality of D3200 is almost same as D5100 and D7000 and Canon 5D MIII.

So if someone buy D3200 over D5100 he/she should not regret because its processor is same as Nikon's D4 FX camera.

If you are a fan of TV programs like Top Gear, then you should look up DigitalRev TV on YouTube, they have a great irrelevant D3200 demo…

The only people that say the D5100 is better than the D3200 are owners of the D5100.

Fact is, the D5100 - while a decent camera - is still an entry level camera. So they basically paid more money for an entry-level camera than a D3100 (or even the D3200), and really did not get much more benefit from it.

I don't know why anyone would buy the D5100. The two cameras of choice should be the D3200 or D7000 and bypassing the D5100.

And the recent DxOMark test of the D3200 places it in the top 10 list of the best cameras, one of only two APS-C cameras to be on the list. Pretty darned impressive for an entry level camera.

And the D5100 is nowhere to be found on that list.
