Adapter for Nikon D3100 and Soligor lenses?
I have a Nikon D3100 body and I was recently given seven Soligor lenses. I don't mind having to buy an adapter, but I don't know what to buy. I don't know very much about cameras, but I figured since I have the lenses I might as well try them out. Could I buy something like this?

If not, what would you suggest? Thanks

Added (2). Also, I always use manual focus anyway with my Nikon kit lens. I use my camera mainly for film and the auto focus is loud and shaky
Soligor was a maker of economy lenses in the 35mm SLR days, and produced two different versions.
They made lenses with dedicated mounts for C/Y (contax/yashica), Canon FD, FDn, Konica AR, M42, Nikon F (FX, DX), Olympus OM, Pentax K, Minolta SR (MD, MC).
They also made a T4 series, that was an incomplete lens until the user bought and attached the required T4 adaptor, matching their camera.

You never told us which type Soligor you have. The bottom-line is that you need, via original mount or T4 mount, a Nikon F fitting.
That will mount it on your D3100. But, there will be no electrical connections for metering, and obviously no autofocus.
Chance are adapting them to your D3100 is either impossible, or impractical.
George is right. The lens will not autofocus, although it will mount. Also, check if your adapter allows focus up to infinity. Some adapters need extra glass so the lens will focus to infinity.
Finally, buy from sellers in the USA, because if there's a problem, you can easily return the product.
Happy shooting!
If they are t-mount lenses, then adaptation should be easy. If it is not a t-mount (or a Nikon F mount), there my not be any good adapter.
Soligor made lenses for different cameras. Not all their lenses used the T-mount. If all your lenses has a T-mount then you can simply replace them to fit your camera. If not, you will have to identify the lens mount first before you can buy an adapter to fit it.

T-mounts are easy to spot. Look at the rear end of the lens. If the mount has three small screws on the side then it's a T-mount. Simply unscrew to take it off. Yes, the link you provided is good for adapting T-mount lenses to your camera.
I have a similar issue, needing a Nikon adaptor mount for a 300mm manual zoom lens for a Soligor
