DSLR Camera Top LCD Screen

I know I'm crazy but do you guys put scratch resistant film for the top lcd screen? Lcd panel?
Something like that? I have a scratch on mine!
Added (1). I know its not a really huge deal but…

I don't have anything on the top LCD, only on the back to protect it from button/zipper scratches (from hanging around the neck). You could put something on the top if you wanted.
I buy packs of LCD screen protectors that are on sale and cut them to size. Normally the IPaq/Palm pilot size is the cheapest (they are thicker but not quite as clear as the ones for a camera). There are better out there (for a price), but I only use the LCD a couple of times during a session. Since I'm only checking the histogram, I don't need to have a crystal clear view to look at pictures.

No, and the top lcd looks just fine. I do keep the monitor cover on the rear monitor though but even that's still the original cover that came with the d300.
