Do you prefer Nikon or Canon SLR's and why
My friends and I were having this debate and couldn't settle on which one was better, help us out.
Canons because it more efficient
Canon because that is what I have used since the late eighties. I have a great deal of money tied up in lenses and other accessories and won't be switching. That said Nikon makes excellent cameras as well.
You have not given us enough information.
The two hot P&S cameras are the Canon S95 and G12.
The four hottest dSLR's are the Nikon entry level D3100 and advanced D7000 (both have a Full HD video feature (1080p) and can auto focus in the video mode, the D3s, for its extreme low noise at high ISO settings and the amazing D3X which surpasses even the $40, 000 Hasselblad when it comes to studio photography.
So, which Nikon or Canon are you referring to?
As you can see the answer could be either/both
As far as value for money goes Canon is best.
I've been working with professional photographers for 9 years and I would say that when it comes to what they're shootingg with, its 50/50. Either way you go, they're both good.
Olympus because with the 2X crop frame i can use old manual lenses adapted. And end up with a sharp as a tack 400 2.8 for the total price of $120. 160 1.6 for $310 and 100 1.4 for $40.
Neither. But if I really had to pick between the two it would be Nikon.
Neither. I prefer Pentax.
