Do you prefer Nikon or Canon, and why?

Just want to hear of other opinions and experiences. I'm still going with the one I prefer

Nikon, it was in Pitbull's song

To be honest, I think they are exactly the same.
Just different formats of raw files and how the camera itself is laid out.

Canon They have High Hd performance and they also last long i've had mine for 4 yrs!

I've been shooting Canon for a few years and wouldn't buy or recommend anything else.
This company has an excellent reputation, world wide, is chosen by professionals all over the world,
had an excellent code of attention to detail and quality.

I shoot a lot of indoor and night sports.
At this time, Nikon has the best performing sensors under those conditions.
Take a look and see which cameras have the best performing sensors

Canikonytaxlebladonicaya for me.

Pentax, I just like them better than either.
Of course, I drink Irn-bru, rather than Coke or Pepsi, because it tastes better.

Pentax Since Birth

Nikon.

I think 'its not the camera who takes the photos, it's the photographer who handle them'.
You can take magical photos both by NIKON and CANON.
However I was NIKON user and Moved to CANON. Only reason Canon have a wide choice of some superb and magnificent lenses and they are cheaper than Nikon lenses.

I love Nikon with all my heart and soul, but I use Canon for the following reasons:
1. The lenses which "I" needed were cheaper at Canon.
2. I got a good deal for my first camera and lens at that time.
3. Where "I" live, Canon is popular and it's easier to find used lenses (and easier to sell lenses also).
4. Last but not the least, most of my friends use Canon and I can share accessories.
