Can you get a nikon dslrwith the flip screen that turns 360?
I'm looking for a nikon dslr photos and for filming with but i have to see myself so i need it to turn right round when filming me
No. Articulating screens are nothing but a gimmick right now, they're not even that useful for AF.
There's a Sony a77 that can do it, but to pay so much for a camera just based on the screen is a waste of money.
Nikon D3100 and D5100 are great DSLRs, and Canon EOS T2i is good at recording as well.

You're going to have a real difficult time "filming" with any digital camera because they don't use film.
By the way, do you know what film is? If not read up on the differences between film and video because they are completely different media.
