Can I get a Leica adaptor?

I just bought my boyfriend the Leica 4R body for christmas. I know that Leica lenses are just as pricey as the cameras, so I was wondering where I could find an adaptor from the Leica to any lens in the nikon/cannon family. I already have another lens that I can use, I just need the adaptor!

Why would you want to use anything else than a Leica lens? The Leica body is just that a body the Leica glass will make the difference in the image quality
