How can we use macro lens adaptor for 18-105mm lense?
Recently i brought a macro + wide angel lens adaptor (67mm) from ebay, i fit that adaptor on my lense filter(67mm) but still i'm not getting any focus on my 18-105mm nikon lens. I'm using Nikon D7000.so jus wondering whether macro lens adaptor can be use in 18-105mm lens? If yes then what procedure i have to follow?
Set cam to manual focus, focus the lens as close as it will go. Zoom to about 80mm. Try how close you need to bring your camera to get something in focus.
Those cheap macro filters render your lens unable to auto focus. You must manually focus.
Put the lens on manual focus. You have to move the entire camera back and forth to find the focus you want.
Depending on the focal length used, you may not be able to focus at all.
