Camera/Camcorder or Drone?

I want to know what type of camera I should get. I will be using it for: Filming Skateboarding, Making little vacation/landmark videos, taking a few pictures… My main focus is filming skating and things. I would definitely take lots of aerial shots too, which makes the drone more appealing… Ideas? My budget is about $400-$500 max. I'm looking at the DJI Phantom 3 Standard, Canon HF series camcorders, and Canon and Nikon beginner DSLRs. Any help appreciated.

Canon or Nikon brands are very good.
Most drone cameras are very specialized because of weight, power, ruggedness limitations. Only the larger, more powerful drones can use the larger cameras that people normally hold.
