Buying a compact digital camera?

2. Canon SX 230 HS
3. Nikon cool pix s9100
So in terms of
A - Image and video quality ( My 1st priority )
B - ZOOMING ( It shouldn't blur the image or Video While zooming along with Image stabilization ) ( 2nd priority)
C - Any other feature
WHICH IS THE BEST CAMERA OUT OF THESE.MONEY NO PROBLEM. BUT I DON't WANT CAMERAS THAT ARE BULKY IN DESIGN… WEIGHT OF CAMERA IS NOT AN ISSUE. BUT ITS THE BULKY DESIGN THAT I HATE…

Check out the: Sony HX 9V. I have had mine for about 3 weeks now and I'm pleased with it. A little price but worth it.
