Best budget digicam around rs. 5k?

I want to buy a digicam… Budget will be 5k… I don't have much knowledge about cams… I have heard about nikon l28 with 20mp and 5x optical zoom @4700… And liked it… But read its review that its not good… People getting dots in screen… Processor is slow. And have to buy batteries again and again… What do you guys think? Is there any much better option avail? I want clear and sharp images like we see in wallpapers… Having detailed photos… Please suggest me best cam having 16-20mp… Thanku
