What do you think you would be charging if not batteries.

Li-ion batteries are the best.

Since you did not tell us anything about your budget, I will suggest choosing either the Nikon D800 or Canon 5D, Mark III

Visit the Nikon and Canon websites and then visit a proper camera shop. You will know which is the best for you.

Is this a joke? All cameras require electric power so they need batteries. Even dslr cameras have batteries.

Perhaps you're talking about AA batteries. I believe all pocket toys require AA batteries. Only dslr cameras use proprietary batteries but they still need recharging.

Have you thought of buy an AA recharge system?

No such thing. All digital cameras operate on electricity. Not practical to plug them in.

They all take batteries, what you are looking for, are cameras that don't use AA or AAA batteries.
