Can I use the Nikkor 18-55mm lens on Nikon EM slr camera?

Added (1). So now I know only the center will be exposed but I'm still getting a fully exposed picture after I processed it? Or It will have black frame all over the picture?

The lens will mount without problems.
The light weight would feel wonderful.
There's no aperture ring so you won't be able to control aperture size which would be stuck to smallest.
The digital lens wouldn't fill the whole film frame leaving you tiny pictures with large dark fuzzy borders.

The Nikon 18-55mm is a DX lens which means it is optimized for a smaller than 35mm digital sensor. What this means is that your film would only be exposed in the center of the frame but not all the way to the edges because it is a DX lens.

The 18-55mm lens is a "G" lens. This G means gelded. All G lenses lack an aperture ring. The Nikon EM is a manual film camera. On newer Nikon film cameras like the F5 and F6, the aperture can be set with the command dial. With the EM, this is not an option. Lenses you use with the EM need an aperture ring or the diaphragm will close down to the minimum aperture the lens allows.

All Nikon lenses for the last 50 years or so have been F mount lenses and nearly all can be used on the modern Nikon cameras. It will mount on the EM but, please understand, you will not be able to control aperture and only the center portion of the film will be exposed.
