Memory cards for Nikon D700?

Just wanting to know what memory cards are good for Nikon D700, and should they be 16 or 32's? I will be using them for wildlife, portraits and weddings. I don't want to spend hundreds on one. Sandisk has a good name. Lastly i see some discs say "memory card", and others say "flash card memory" just wondering if there's a difference and what that difference is?

Use SanDisk Extreme from a reputable supplier - there are loads of fakes for sale on Ebay!

If you are shooting video then 16 or 32GB are useful. If you are shooting stills then a couple of 8GB will be plenty.
