How to format memory cards in my Nikon D7000?

Yes i know such a simple question but yet i can't figure it out.

Read the owners manual. It will explain how to get to the screen to format the card.

In the D90 it is in the Setup menu (wrench icon).

Look on pages 32 and 236.
