I Have a Nikon D3200. I've gotten into concert photography and need a lens that I can zoom in on the subject and that works well in low light situations. Also could you recommend any other lens/ bodies that would be good for concert photography.

You will want some fast glass with a decent zoom range. Try this:

Since you will be using the existing lighting on the stage, you will need a fast lens.

When shooting from the photographers well, a 70-200 mm f/2.8 lens is the best to use

If you have an "All Access" media pass and are shooting on stage, then the 24-70 mm f/2.8 lens is the best choice

You have a great camera which performs very well in low light, so you are set there.

When shooting concerts, you will find that the lighting director has established pools of light where the performers will spend most of their time. If you time your shots to shoot when they are in those light pools, you will be able to get the best, blur free images.

Also, remember to set your white balance to incandescent to get the colours right. Shooting in RAW will assure you get the highest resolution and most control of the images colour management

Even with a 300mm f/2.8 you would have difficulty getting a sharp frame in a dark concert setup with all the action going on. That is if you will be allowed to enter the area with a dSLR in the first place.
