How to focus in video mode?
I can get 9 focus points thru viewfinder while taking still pictures using my Nikon D3200. But In video mode, I don't get them. In video mode, pressing record button does not even work if I'm NOT in LiveView mode. Problem in LiveView mode is that the green color focusing rectangle moves too slow. If I could record video thru viewfinder I could change focus points much faster.
Most people who have been using dSLR cameras to shoot video, manually focus the lens with the help of a 3x loupe that mounts behind the LCD

My guess is you are hoping that your excellent D3200 will work just like a real video camera. DSLR cameras do NOT work that way
