No. Nikon entry level DSLRs are designed to only allow full functionality with the Nikon range of modern lenses that fit them. It is far too much trouble using adapters and manual settings etc.

No.

Straightforward, that is. With an adapter maybe but it won't be worth the effort. You will be using your camera in manual mode without the lightmeter. Autofocus won't work too.

Not satisfactorily, if at all. You will need to investigate the world of "adaptors", which generally can't offer all functions of lens or camera. Some do not allow the lens to focus to infinity, so you can't photograph distant objects and may be restricted to objects just a few feet or inches away.

Once you have chosen a system (Nikon in your case) you should only buy lenses which are fully compatible with your system. It is even good to quote your camera model to make sure that what you buy will work as you expect it to work.

There's no adapter for Canon to Nikon, and I'm not aware of one for Sony to Nikon either. Nikon is the least adaptable lens mount if you want to use something else on their cameras, due to the small diameter of the mount. Nikon lenses are easily adaptable to just about everything else.

Adapters are only useful if you have some very high end or special purpose lenses. They are a waste of time and money for anything else. In the case of a D3200, they are a waste no matter what, since the camera is crippled out of the box and you will have no control at all over a Canon or Sony lens.

You need to stick with Nikon mount lenses, and mostly AF-S lenses at that.

It is possible with an adapter… The lens will physically fit… It won't operate properly though… So it isn't worth the hassle or expense…

Buy the proper lenses!

Edit… My apologies… Caoedhen is perfectly right… Nikon aren't adapter friendly… I never recommend the use of adapters… And it's not something that really interests me… I just took it for granted that an adapter would be available… I'm a Nikon user… Apologies again… Learn something new every day and all that.

Here's a link to an article about using adapters that you might find interesting:

No, but why would you want to?
