Can I get a Nikon lens on the Sony E-mount?

Which adapters will actually work?

Yes, Sony E to Nikon F - you'll lose autofocus and lenses without an aperture ring will have to shoot wide open, but it's feasible.

Yes, this one will actually physically connect them.

Don't waste your money or time. Yeah you can get an adapter, but the lens will not communicate with the camera. You won't have auto focus, or aperture control in the camera, although you might get aperture control with some old manual lenses. It's not worth the trouble for anyone but a seasoned, knowledgeable photographer that wants to deal with the issues. Just buy the e mount lenses. Or A mount lenses and uses Sony's adapter, that will communicate with the camera properly.
With Sony's adapter, you can use millions of auto focus Minolta lenses. If you can deal with the cost, and added bulk, you can do that.
