Is it possible to put a pentax k-mount lens on an F-mount dslr?

Is there an adapter for this?

Added (1). Does a K-mount lens to F-mount camera adapter exist? I'm seeing several places on google that say the other way around (F lens to K camera) exist, but not this one. Could i get some links to ones that would work for this?

The reason i want to try this is i found a couple of K-mount lenses for about $5 each, so I want to play with them a bit. I have my lenses that I use for my every day walkin around so this is more for that controlled experimentation sort of thing

You'd need K to F adapter for this. Problem is - actually are:

Usually there are no mechnical or electronic linkages to the camera from the lens. The camera doesn't know the lens is there. There's no autofocus. The aperture is fully manual. You focus at wide open so the view finder and it has to be manually close down during exposure.

Some camera has wider focus plane to the lens. You may not be able to focus to infinity.

It works for studio under controlled condition. Forget trying to use this as a walk around lens.

Have not seen K to F. A body of a Nikon may be thicker than a Pentax. You can only use it to focus on something close by - imagine that you're using an extension tube.

An eBay seller in Hong Kong has a Pentax K mount to Nikon F mount adapter listed. Item number 110474045091.

K and F mounts have differing registration distances so an OPTICAL adaptor is needed to bring the K into line with the F. This has to degrade the final image to some extent no matter how good the optics are in the adaptor.
