1) learn how to use the lightmeter in the camera to produce good exposures each time you press the shutter release
2) learn that basics of design and composition so that your images are compelling
3) look on page 22 of your user manual to learn how to properly hold a fully adjustable camera like the D3200. If you are holding it at arm's length as you would a P&S camera, stop doing that now. That P&S camera holding is only going to add blur to your images caused by camera movement during shutter speeds longer than 1/250th second, worse as you use longer and longer lenses

See link below to practice balancing ISO, shutter speed and lens aperture.

Learning to use a camera takes time a patience. You need to repeat good camera techniques over and over until those actions become part of you muscle memory, like when you learned to drive a car

Actually, the manual does a pretty good job of getting you started with the Nikon D3200. Everything from setting it up to taking the first photos with it.

Oh! How to use the camera? Set to Auto mode, Auto ISO, Auto White Balance, Auto Flash and AF ON then point and shoot.

First, sit down with the camera at your side and read the manual. The manual will do a great job at explaining what all of the buttons and switches do. However, it does a pretty lousy job at explaining why you would want to use those buttons and switches out in the real world.

For learning the "why" part, I would suggest playing with the camera's settings and just learn by playing. However, I would strongly suggest getting a book on the introduction to photography. Books like Brian Peterson's "Understanding Exposure" will go into the art side of photography which teach you when and why to use the various settings.

Having a good editing software package like Adobe Lightroom will allow you to organize and review your images quickly and easily. It'll also allow you to see the exposure information and other settings used.
