Does this video look good? Filmed with a NIKON D3100?

I know the quality sucks but i was testing out this video editor.
Does the editing look good like with the music and everything?
*i'm studying (film) in college, so i was testing out new editors*
i have a nikon d3100 what's a good software to edit?
I need a super simple one.

You're correct the quality is very poor. The shooting leaves a lot to be desired as well - way too much camera movement. Who ever shot this obviously didn't have a clue.

You say this was "filmed"? Wrong. If you're studying film then you should already know the difference between film and video. If you don't that's yours and your instructors fault.

Editor. Well I use Video Pad by NCH software. It's excellent, accurate, easy to work with and turns out a nice mp4 / DVD product. Here's an example of one piece that I did with this editor. Even the slow motion sequence was done on this editor.

Well, I'm no expert but I stopped watching. Where in the heck is gas only 3.69?

The audio is good, but the video quality is bad, and the texts on the video isn't clear, i think you have to make your video looks like better, and you can try to use youtube movie maker to help you, it offer many video/audio editing features and special effects, with it you can easy to make good quality videos for youtube, etc, you can search youtube movie maker via google, and view channel youtube.com/easymakevideo for some video guides.
