I have a nikon camera, i don't know what model but its definitley new, and i just got it for my birthday but i really want a polaroid. I don't want to ask my parents for a polaroid camera when i already have this really amazing camera that i just got a couple months ago, but i love polaroids.

you know how there are photo printers for cameras, right? Well are there photo printers that can be printed to be in a polaroid style? Even if they arent being printed from a polaroid camera?

There are somewhat instant photo printers, but they are of far higher quality than polaroids.

I don't know what you mean by Polaroid style prints from quality cameras like the Nikon. If you mean a printer that makes 4x6 prints from your memory card, I would advise against them. I bought one and found that the ink cartridge was very expensive when you consider that it went bad way before you could possibly print 300 pictures. You are better off taking your memory card to Costco or other one hour processor and pay the big sum of "13 cents" for a print! Can't wait the one hour then order the prints on line and one trip to the store brings your prints cheaper than any other way.
Now lets talk about Polaroid. Today every body wants the latest in technology! Right" So why do you want 63 year old technology? Polaroids were invented in the 1950's. I sold these pieces of junk! For every 3 cameras sold you could count on two of them coming back! And the third one thrown up in the attic for people in 2013, to think they are the greatest invention since "french toast".Polaroid-Instant prints is a gimmick- don't waste your or even your parents money! There are 8 exposures to a pack at about $2.00 per print. Tell me if only 3 or 4 pictures come out then how much do those pictures cost you since 5 exposures or $10.00 in wasted, thrown in the street, what ever you want to call it!

Please, please sgtick to digital photography it is the greatest invention of the 21st century!
