Will a Nikon lens fit any nikon camera model?

Sort of a stupid question but new to cameras.

Only dslrs and slrs have interchangeable lenses.
You can't change the lenses on point and shoots and bridge cameras (if that was what you were asking)

No. The earliest Nikon lens were for range finder cameras like the Leica M3, so they won't fit directly on any digital cameras.
Later Nikon lens for film SLR didn't have autofocus, so you will won't get that on a digital single lens reflex camera.
