I don't mind if it's only usable with manual focus and aperture.

You can buy the adapters so I would assume so, in some fashion or other.

Not directly. Some companies make "adaptors" but optically they tend not to give good results.
Buy a Sony body for the Minolta lens, or a Nikon-fit lens for the Nikon body.

If the Nikon has a bayonette mount, it should work fine.
