You do realise that you'll lose autofocus (of course), and that such lenses will not allow metering on the D3xxx and D5xxx series?

In addition, the corrective element means that you'll lose a stop in exposure (an f2.8 lens becomes f4 etc), and your focal length will increase (50mm becomes 70mm), and any flaws in your lens will be magnified.

In Canon EOS, a glassless adapter (doesn't affect lens spec.) allows Av and M modes, with manual focus, but only stopped-down.

If you want to maintain brand loyalty, with an MD to Sony adapter, you have the same 1.4x teleconverter effects, but will allow stopped-down Av and M metering.

For Pentax K, see Sony.

Obviously, Canon's glassless adapter is the best choice, but unless your Rokkors are Really special, it's going to be much pain for little gain.
