You can get converters to make the lenses fit. Some Canon users do this, and vice versa.
The problem is that you will have to use all manual controls, such as exposure, focusing etc.
It is probably not worth it unless you have a specific job to do, which you need the lens for.

The Canon EOS lens mount has a bigger diameter than the Nikon. So although there are adapters that can mount a Nikon lens on a Canon body, the Canon lens can't be adapted to the Nikon body.
